We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Care Chemical teams in Florham Park, NJ.

We are seeking a professional with strong customer focus, business acumen, and time management skills while being a team player that is results-oriented to join our Customer Experience Team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic global key accounts for all order to cash processes and engaging supply chain and commercial team members to contribute to an exceptional customer experience.

You will be the key point of contact for resolving issues beyond your core responsibilities, with the expectation to continuously improve the customer experience. In addition, you will anticipate the customers’ needs and take proactive actions to exceed expectations, using your in-depth knowledge of the business and our customers. You will be a champion for change while embracing digital solutions and driving process automation.

  • Leading day-to-day operational tasks, managing the order-to-cash process, anticipating customer needs, and recommending based on order patterns.
  • Driving financial results by identifying upselling opportunities, monitoring forecast deviations, and improving processes and policies impacting customer experience
  • Analyzing Supply Chain and Business KPIs, driving improvements, sharing best practices, and collaborating across teams to enhance growth and profitability
  • Managing customers' eCommerce platforms, pursuing eSolutions', implementing digital tools and self-service solutions, and promoting customer engagement through digital commerce resources
  • Facilitating resolution of order exceptions, leveraging Salesforce, and engaging stakeholders on commercial topics while ensuring business continuity and backup for CEX team members
  • Leading onboarding and mentoring teammates, representing CEX in projects and initiatives, and driving continuous improvement and cross-functional success 

If you...

 

  • Preferrably hold a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field. 
  • Preferrably bring 2 years of experience in Customer Experience related roles. 
  • Possess a continuous improvement & customer focused mindset.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Bring strong project management experience, robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP or other relevant Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

Pay transparency

 

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $79,200 - $99,000. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
