About this role

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

  • You manage and expand customer relationships in the Farm-to-Fork industry segment, with a particular focus on the animal feed sector.  You also acquire new customers and take responsibility for revenue generation.
  • Furthermore, you conduct contract negotiations and prepare contracts in collaboration with the Legal department.
  • You maintain and document relevant customer activities (account plans, action plans) and produce regular reports.
  • In this position you are responsible for analyzing market trends and deriving measures to increase sales.
  • You present products and solutions to customers and participate in trade shows and industry events.
  • Last but not least, you prioritize sales activities to achieve revenue targets.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • a completed degree in business administration or engineering, or an equivalent qualification
  • several years of experience in sales, preferably in the animal feed industry
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • independent, structured and goal-oriented working style high customer focus and ability to build long-term relationships
  • excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
