(A) Core Purpose
- Develop skin leave-on application technology based on business needs and contribute to build up identified technical competences and the necessary know-how for South Asia market and beyond.
- Contribute to regional technical support and preparation of promotion kits for skin care/sun care/BCS product portfolio.
Implement key customer projects in skin leave-on application
(B) Main Responsibilities, Tasks & Deliverables
- Be responsible for implementation of application technology development in skin leave-on category.
- Carry out marketing concept and solutions development in collaboration with local and regional market development teams.
- Be responsible for skin care/sun care/BCS technical support and key customer projects implementation in South Asia
- Communicate/exchange application technical know-how within region.
- Transfer the new application technology and new products launch from global to local
- Support internal or external seminars / workshop / trainings and events
- Documentation and technical data maintenance and summaries.
- Comply with lab safety, health and environment.

(F) Technical Competencies
Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Physical Chemistry / Cosmetics Formulation Experience, instrumental analysis, laboratory safety management, standard IT-applications
(G) Minimum Education and Qualification Requirement
- Education: BSc or MSc in chemistry, cosmetic science or related area
- Working experience: MSc or BSc with 5+ years of working experience of skin care/sun care in a laboratory environment.
Other requirements: English- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking
