About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including, Belmont, Torquay and Colac.
About the role
Provide high-quality, evidence-based, flexible, and responsive speech pathology services to clients at Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre. (BCRC) Demonstrate collaborative professional leadership within the BCRC interdisciplinary team and Barwon Health speech pathology teams. Support the development of less experienced staff and undergraduate students through teaching, supervision, and guidance, while managing designated portfolios and quality improvement projects aligned with Barwon Health's Strategic Plan and Belmont CRC and Speech Pathology Department Business Plans.
