About the role
Registered Nurse Div 1 - Community Nursing
Fixed Term (28/01/2026 to 12/4/2026)
Up to 24 hours per fortnight
Colac Area Health Community Nursing provides a range of services based in the home of the client or another agreed place (eg/at work or school) to help the patient remain at home. We provide in home care for clients ranging from infants to the elderly and for a variety of health care needs, ranging from showering and dressing assistance to palliative care nursing.
This role will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivery and evaluating safe and appropriate consumer centred nursing care in the community setting. Ensuring that the delivery of quality, evidence based best practice of care is delivered.
