What you’ll do

As a Community Care Worker, you will play an important role in supporting older people and individuals with disabilities to live independently in their community. You will assist with activities that promote personal wellbeing, household management, and lifestyle. In this role, you will provide personal and home care services to a high standard, monitor clients’ health, wellbeing, and safety, and deliver care with a responsive, compassionate approach that respects the dignity and rights of every client.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a motivated and reliable individual with a Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or a higher qualification. You hold a current Victorian Driver’s Licence and have access to a safe, roadworthy vehicle with full comprehensive insurance, which you are willing to use for work. You bring a strong focus on customer service, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting clients to live independently and with dignity in their community.
