What you’ll do as a FOH Shift Leader:
- Lead & energize the front-of-house team during high-volume shifts
- Ensure warm, attentive, and consistent hospitality at every guest touchpoint
- Oversee floor plans, table assignments, pacing, and overall service flow
- Partner with BOH leaders for smooth kitchen & dining room communication
- Conduct pre-shift huddles, motivate the team, and celebrate wins
- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and accountability for team members
- Support opening/closing shifts, service problem-solving, and shift recaps

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of hospitality or FOH leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and people skills with a guest-first mindset
- Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and team-oriented
- Positive energy & willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
