<p>The People Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day employee experience at Barstool Sports. This person will facilitate core HR processes and support initiatives that strengthen efficiency and productivity. <p>This hybrid position is based out of our New York office and will report to the Director, People Operations, on the People Team.</p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as a point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and programs.</li>
<li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires and departing employees.</li>
<li>Maintain and update employee data across HR systems (ADP and other platforms).</li>
<li>Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and status changes.</li>
<li>Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll updates, and compliance reporting.</li>
<li>Partner with the HR team to plan and execute company-wide initiatives, such as employee wellness events.</li>
<li>Generate and track reports related to headcount and other HR metrics.</li>
<li>Support HR compliance, documentation, and record-keeping requirements.</li>
<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of People Ops workflows and the employee experience.</li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li>1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or a related administrative role.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with employees at all levels.</li>
<li>Must have worked with ADP Workforce Now and have familiarity with Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Comfort working in a fast-moving, creative environment with competing priorities.</li>
<li>A sense of humor, curiosity, and passion for Barstool Sports culture.</li>
