About this role
Descripción:
- Ser responsable de realizar y hacer seguimiento del plan minero mensual, con cálculo de equipos de carguío, transporte y llenado de botaderos, siguiendo los lineamientos de los planes de largo plazo.
- Recolectar e integrar toda la información de KPI’s por parte de las áreas involucradas en el proceso de planificación: Operaciones Mina, Procesos, Mantenimiento, Geología, Geotecnia y Planificación largo plazo para la realización del plan mensual.
- Control del cumplimiento y revisión de diseño de fases, realizando observaciones al equipo de diseño.
- Gestionar y hacer seguimiento de los stocks y los botaderos de mina, capacidades y geometría.
- Ser responsable del proceso de Masterplan de voladura.
- Revisar el rendimiento de los planes Budget y Forecast para encontrar oportunidades que incrementen el cumplimiento del plan.
- Realizar adherencias que controlen el avance de los planes de minado.
- Realizar conciliaciones de los planes mineros y de los KPI´s utilizados en su confección.
- Coordinar al equipo de planificación corto plazo y topografía.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de las exigencias ambientales y de los controles críticos claves de seguridad, salud, ambiental y comunitarios de su proceso y recomendar mejorías a los procedimientos.
