What will you do?

Mission principal

Le/La Responsable des Achats & Économat supervise l’ensemble du processus d’approvisionnement de l’hôtel. Il/Elle garantit la disponibilité des produits, matières premières, équipements et services nécessaires au fonctionnement optimal de l’établissement, tout en assurant le respect des standards, procédures et politiques de Barceló Hotel Group ainsi que de la réglementation française.

Il/Elle optimise les achats, contrôle les coûts, assure la gestion rigoureuse des stocks et maintien des relations efficaces avec les fournisseurs homologués, ainsi que donne support aux Équipes pour atteindre les objectifs et résultats de l’hôtel.

Responsabilités clés

Achats

Identifier les besoins en biens et services de tous les départements de l’hôtel.

Assurer la sélection, la négociation et le suivi des fournisseurs, en respectant les standards et listes approuvées par la Direction de l’Hôtel et Barceló Hotel Group.

Garantir la conformité aux procédures d’achats de l’hôtel et du groupe.

Optimiser les coûts en veillant à l’équilibre prix/qualité/délais.

Mettre en place des appels d’offres lorsque nécessaire, être capable de les comparer et négocier les appels et devis.

Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs en assurant l’adhésion aux accords établis ainsi que résoudre les incidents de service, prix, quantités, de livraison, etc.

Réaliser une veille du marché local et des évolutions réglementaires en France (normes sanitaires, sécurité alimentaire, TVA).

Contrôler la conformité HACCP pour les achats alimentaires.

Gestion de l’économat & des stocks

Organiser la réception, le contrôle qualitatif et quantitatif des marchandises.

Garantir la bonne rotation des stocks (FIFO, DLC, DLUO).

Assurer la tenue des inventaires mensuels et annuels.

Optimiser les niveaux de stocks pour limiter les ruptures, le surstockage et rendre le plus efficace possible.

Maintenir l’ordre et la propreté des zones de stockage selon les normes d’hygiène françaises.

Assurer le suivi informatique des mouvements de stock dans les systèmes du groupe.

Appliquer les meilleures pratiques en matière de gestion des achats et rester au courant des tendances du marché.

Gestion administrative et financière

Assurer la correcte validation des bons de commande et bons de livraison.

Vérifier la conformité des factures et leur transmission à la comptabilité.

Suivre les budgets d’achats et analyser les écarts.

Participer à la préparation du budget annuel de l’hôtel.

Élaborer des rapports mensuels : consommation, économies réalisées, comparatifs fournisseurs, taux de rotation, etc.

Coordination interdépartementale

Collaborer étroitement avec les départements de Cuisine, la Restauration, l’Étage, la Maintenance, l’Événementiel et la Réception, ainsi qu’avec le reste des Équipes.

Garantir le respect des processus transversaux : demandes internes, validation, livraison, suivi.

Assurer un rôle de conseil auprès des chefs de service.

Conformité, qualité & sécurité

Respecter et faire respecter les normes Barceló Hotel Group.

Contrôler la conformité réglementaire en France (hygiène, sécurité, environnement).

Participer aux audits internes et externes.

Contribuer au plan de durabilité de l’hôtel et le groupe.

What are we looking for?

Formation & expérience

Bac +2 à Bac +5 en Achats, Gestion, Logistique ou Hôtellerie.

3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, à l’hôtellerie serait préférable.

Maîtrise du français obligatoire ; anglais haut niveau.

Compétences techniques

Maîtrise des procédures d’achats dans l’hôtellerie.

Connaissance des normes HACCP et législation alimentaire française.

Hautes compétences en négociation et gestion des stocks.

Excellente analyse financière et contrôle des coûts.

Maîtrise des outils informatiques : SAP MM, logiciels achats/stock, Excel.

Compétences Comportementales

Rigueur, organisation et sens du détail.

Capacité de négociation et leadership.

Proactivité et orientation résultats.

Esprit d’équipe, sens du service et aussi de travailler avec autonomie.
