What will you do?

• Planificar, organizar, coordinar y supervisar el trabajo de las secciones que dependen de él.
• Supervisar diariamente el planning de reservas de habitaciones a corto, medio y largo plazo, informes de ocupación y estadísticas, así como la lista de “no llegados”, clientes VIP, etc.
• Comprobar los “Rooming List” de los grupos, la asignación de habitaciones y cambios.
• Atender, registrar y asignar habitaciones personalmente a clientes cuando es necesario.
• Atender personalmente reclamaciones, informando de las mismas a los departamentos afectados.
• Revisar y visar el libro de incidencias.
• Supervisar la fluidez de las comunicaciones interdepartamentales.
• Convocar reuniones con el personal a sus órdenes.
• Confeccionar los turnos y horarios del personal a sus órdenes, los partes de asistencia, altas, bajas, etc.
• Proponer las sanciones y promociones que estime oportunas e intervenir en la selección del personal de su departamento.
• Proponer a la dirección las mejoras que estime oportunas.
• Colaborar con la dirección en la política de tarifas de habitaciones.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Grado en Turismo, ADE o similar. Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Hostelería y Turismo.
• Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: inglés alto, valorable otros idiomas.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, programas de reservas.

• Habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales.
• Orientación al cliente.
• Trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad de planificación y organización.
• Resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
• Capacidad de gestionar equipos de trabajo.
