What will you do?

• Informarse de los precios que se rigen en el mercado para materias primas, artículos de limpieza, etc., teniendo en cuenta los acuerdos Corporativos puestos a disposición desde Central. • Mantener actualizadas las referencias de proveedores. • Recibir las peticiones de compras de los distintos departamentos, obteniendo la aprobación de Dirección antes de efectuar los pedidos. • Supervisar la entrada de mercancías en los almacenes, verificar su distribución a otros departamentos y controlar las facturas y albaranes que las justifican. • Comprobar las existencias y confeccionar los pedidos en base a los máximos y mínimos que tiene marcados. • Efectuar inventarios físicos y verificar las diferencias con el inventario permanente que deberá mantener al día. • Informar a Dirección de aquellas existencias que no tienen salida. • Enviar a Administración los albaranes de pedido y facturas.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio en Comercio y Marketing o similar. • Experiencia: mínima de 1 año en Hotel, deseable como Jefe/a de Compras. • Idiomas: deseable inglés. • Se valorarán conocimientos en: hostelería, compras. • Capacidad de negociación. • Habilidades de comunicación. • Capacidad analítica. • Gestión del tiempo. • Capacidad de planificación.
