What will you do?

Mission principal

Développer, gérer, maintenir, fidéliser et grossir un portefeuille de clients du segment Loisirs (individuels et groupes) sur tous les canaux de distribution (agences de voyages, tour-opérateurs, consortia, etc.), en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale de l’hôtel et Barceló Hotel Group.

L’objectif est de maximiser le chiffre d’affaires et la notoriété de la marque sur les marchés dont vous aurez la responsabilité, tout en incarnant les valeurs de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités clés

Développement commercial

Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B du segment Loisirs (individuels et groupes) avec tous les moyens possibles.

Élaborer un plan d’action commercial du segment par marché et par canal, aligné avec les objectifs et le mix client de l’hôtel.

Suivi et mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale pour le segment.

Participer activement aux salons professionnels, workshops, roadshows et événements de networking, selon le plan d’actions prévu.

Négocier et conclure de nouveaux contrats annuels, avec des partenaires ayant du potentiel, à signer par la direction générale.

Assurer une veille et une analyse de la concurrence.

Gestion de portefeuille

Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des comptes existants.

Analyser les performances commerciales et proposer des actions correctives, toujours en vérifiant sur le terrain l’adéquation de la stratégie avec l’évolution du marché.

Coordonner et répondre aux besoins spécifiques des groupes loisirs avec les équipes opérationnelles de l’hôtel.

Gestion de la base de données de clients et rapport sur le CRM de l’entreprise.

Distribution & canaux

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes e-commerce, revenue management, ventes, marketing, ainsi qu’avec les équipes opérationnelles, pour optimiser la visibilité et la conversion sur les canaux concernés.

Suivre les campagnes promotionnelles et les plans de communication avec les partenaires.

Développer et maintenir une veille active du segment loisir, pour garantir une parfaite connaissance des tendances, de la concurrence et des dynamiques qui animent ce segment de son écosystème.

Contrôler, contribuer au développement de la distribution de notre offre en utilisant tous les leviers de publicité, promotion, relations publiques, réseaux sociaux.

Rapports & analyse

Suivre les KPIs commerciaux de l’hôtel, du segment et de la concurrence : chiffres d’affaires, production, part de marché, ROI, etc.

Fournir des rapports réguliers (rendez-vous de ventes, production, comptes, matérialisation etc.) à la direction commerciale, à la direction générale et au siège du groupe le cas échéant.

Utiliser les outils CRM pour documenter les interactions et opportunités.

What are we looking for?

Formation & expérience

Bac +3/5 en commerce, tourisme ou hôtellerie.

Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction commerciale B2B dans le secteur hôtelier ou du tourisme.

Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de comptes loisirs, notamment groupes.

Compétences techniques

Maîtrise des outils CRM (Salesforce, Cendyn ou équivalent).

Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Windows Office, Opera Cloud, Opera Sales & Catering, etc.),

Bonne connaissance des canaux de distribution loisirs (B2B et B2C).

Excellente capacité de négociation et de présentation.

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (l’espagnol est un plus).

Compétences comportementales

Sens du service client, d’aisance relationnelle et orientation résultats.

Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’initiative.

Actif, proactif et réactif.

Capacité à travailler dans un environnement matriciel, en mode transverse et au sein d’une équipe multiculturelle.
