What will you do?
• Gestionar y controlar los procesos definidos para el desarrollo del servicio. • Lograr el Plan de Ventas y generación de ingresos del departamento: planificará acciones de dinamización y promoción, y formará al equipo para la venta. • Organizar y coordinar los diferentes servicios de Restauración/Bar. • Controlar costes: gestionar los recursos disponibles de manera eficiente. • Gestionar plantillas: se encargará de formar, motivar y desarrollar las habilidades y aptitudes de su equipo. • Controlar la calidad del servicio prestado ajustándolo a las necesidades y expectativas del cliente, siguiendo instrucciones del/de la Maitre.What are we looking for?
• Formación: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Hostelería, Grado en Turismo, formación en APPCC. • Experiencia: mínima de 2 años en puesto similar. • Idiomas: inglés alto, deseable segundo idioma. • Se valorarán conocimientos en: ofimática, maquinaria, producto y utensilios de cocina. • Relaciones interpersonales (amabilidad, cordialidad, empatía, simpatía, asertividad). • Con buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de escucha activa. • Orientación al cliente. • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y delegar. Que sepa planificar y organizar. • Capacidad de resolución de posibles imprevistos y de toma de decisiones • Con habilidades comerciales. • Capacidad para la gestión y desarrollo de equipos de trabajo. • Imagen personal cuidada.Your benefits:

What you'll do
- The role involves managing and controlling defined processes for service development and achieving sales plans. Additionally, it includes organizing restaurant services, controlling costs, and ensuring service quality meets customer expectations.
