Job Summary
Leads, supports, and coordinates Anesthesia Technician staff. Supports the anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist by the preparation and
assistance in the setting up of appropriate equipment and supplies for each surgical case. Performs other duties as assigned.

• To provide support and assist manager with leading the anesthesia technicians.
• Leads daily technician activities, workflow, and work schedules as necessary. Assist with ordering anesthesia supplies. Ensure
the needs of the Anesthesiologists and CRNAs are met.
• Assist anesthesiologists with equipment setup, patient monitoring, and technical troubleshooting during procedures.
• Communicates and coordinates current policies and ensures implementation of new policies and procedures are followed
correctly.
• Performs related responsibilities as required or assigned.
• Understands and complies with all regulatory, procedural, policy, and licensing and/or certification requirements.
• Effectively manages anesthesia technicians technical practice
• Coordinates and/or participates in Performance Improvement.
• Coordinates and/or participates in ongoing educational activities
• Completes assigned goals.
