Job Summary
Research and resolve accounts that are in a credit balance status. Research and resolve all refund requests. Post refunds and recoupments. Identify and provide communication and education on trends identified on the credit balance report. Demonstrate understanding of the revenue cycle and the responsibility and goals of each area and how they impact the revenue cycle. Perform other duties as assigned.
