About this role

This LPN position is to work hand in hand with an RN to keep a continuum of care between the provider and the patient. The LPN will work for two different providers in assisting with chart prep, provider notes, and care coordination. The LPN will work hands-on with patients during clinic by updating medication lists, obtaining symptom inventory, and reporting pertinent information to the RN and physician. The LPN will additionally assist with vital sign triage and venipuncture. 

Minimum requirements:

LPN Licensure

BLS 

1 year of experience
