Job Summary:
The Director of Planning and Institutional Effectiveness leads the ongoing assessment, institutional research, and data reporting/standardization for all University functions, programs, services and activities. The Director coordinates and supports the development and maintenance of the University’s strategic plan and assessment processes. The role manages and coordinates all aspects of institutional accreditation and acts as the Accreditation Liaison Officer with the University’s institutional regional accrediting commission. This position is under the general direction of the Vice President of Strategy and Integrated Planning, responsible for one shift, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday.
