• Triages requests to appropriate service or department, utilizing hospital lists and resources.
• Monitors services and supplies for accuracy and effectiveness, maintaining reports and
departmental documentation.
• Utilizes department modules to orient new employees and volunteers to role to assure accurate
and effective services.
• Completes assigned goals.
