Summary: The Administrative Fellow will have the opportunity to rotate through several key departments across the health system in order to learn how a community health system operates. The Fellow will have rotations with key leaders and departments at Baptist Health, including acute care hospitals, corporate departments, cancer center, ambulatory care clinics, and support departments. This individual will actively participate in organizational projects and learn health care management skills. In addition to the support of their preceptor, the Administrative Fellow will have the opportunity to participate in Baptist Health's internal Leadership Coaching Program and be assigned a coach to walk alongside them throughout their fellowship. Education / Experience:Bachelor and Master's degrees required. Must have 2 Letters of Recommendation from 1 Professor or Faculty Member and 1 Baptist Health Leader.
