Description:



Act as strategic partner to hiring Service Line Chiefs/Medical Directors developing sourcing plans for open physician positions. Ability to create pipelines, networking, lead scoping sessions and create ads for marketing purposes. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to remain relevant and educated on industry standards. Assumes leadership role in the department as needed.
Estimated salary range for this position is $71940.93 - $93523.21 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:


Degrees:
  • Bachelors.

Licenses & Certifications:

  • AAPPR Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor‘s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
  • Preferred 2-3 years of experience recruiting in a healthcare setting, preferably physicians in both a clinic and hospital setting.
  • AAPPR Fellow – (Certified Fellow for the Association of Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment) within three years in the role.
  • Must be self motivated, able to work independently, manage aggressive deadlines with multiple priorities where negotiation, assertiveness and diplomacy skills are used.
  • Excellent problem solving and communications skills verbal and written.
  • Superb customer service and project management skills required, as well as demonstrated ability to consistently follow through with strong attention to details.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook programs required.
