Description:
Support the Pathology operations including specimen accessioning, management of materials (specimens, slides and tissue blocks), handling pathologist‘s requests for further studies, preparation/printing of materials (slides & blocks), preparation of reagents and solutions, assistance with preparation of body fluids and non-gynecological specimens, billing related functions, management of external reference lab reports and incoming requests from other facilities.
Estimated pay range for this position is $20.02 - $26.03 / hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
- High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.
Additional Qualifications:
- Customer service skills, ability to multitask, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to work with several computer programs.
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment.
- Detail oriented.
