This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on recruiting.</p> <p>You will own multiple complex searches, partner closely with business leaders, and craft sourcing strategies that build high-quality, diverse pipelines. You’ll bring strong business acumen, advise hiring managers, and use data to drive smarter hiring decisions.</p> <p>You will get to shape how we recruit: improving processes, driving tool adoption, mentoring peers, and sharing market insights that influence talent strategy.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of recruiting experience,&nbsp;with at least 5 years of in house experience; including significant focus on Corporate Development and Go-To-Market roles</li> <li>Proven success managing senior or complex requisitions</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills</li> <li>Data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools/ATS systems</li> <li>Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments</li> <li>Collaborative, proactive approach and passion for great candidate experiences</li> </ul> <p>If you love building teams, improving processes, and making an impact in a dynamic setting — we’d love to meet you.</p> <p><em>The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $105,000 - $125,000 and includes annual bonus and equity (when applicable).
