As the company continues to scale,&nbsp;the team is expanding to meet increasing demand while maintaining a strong focus on delivering&nbsp;high-quality, long-term solutions to customers.</p> <p>Atamis is seeking an Account Executive to drive new commercial growth across its Source-to-Contract platform. This role suits a high-performing SaaS sales professional comfortable generating&nbsp;and managing their own pipeline, leading complex buying processes, and closing multi-year<br>agreements. Candidates at mid-level or senior level will be considered, with role scope, expectations&nbsp;and compensation aligned to individual experience, capability and track record. The role will initially&nbsp;focus on UK organisations, with planned expansion into international markets from 2026.</p> <p><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify, qualify and develop opportunities&nbsp;across both new business and existing customers.</li> <li>Lead discovery sessions with prospective and existing customers to diagnose business&nbsp;challenges, assess solution fit and support opportunity qualification.</li> <li>Analyse customer requirements and translate them into appropriate Atamis products,&nbsp;services and solution designs.</li> <li>Articulate the value and business outcomes delivered by Atamis solutions, rather than&nbsp;focusing solely on features or functionality.</li> <li>Clearly position Atamis’s differentiation against competitors and alternative approaches&nbsp;within customer environments.</li> <li>Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations using storytelling techniques for&nbsp;audiences ranging from executive stakeholders to end users.</li> <li>Prepare, configure and run scenarios within demonstration environments to provide&nbsp;compelling walkthroughs that show how Atamis addresses identified challenges.</li> <li>Take a lead role in solution design for RFIs, RFPs and ITTs, evaluating business and functional&nbsp;requirements to determine suitability and sharing findings with internal teams.</li> <li>Capture insights from customer engagements, market sentiment and competitive activity,&nbsp;and feed structured feedback into Product and Professional Services.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product and Professional Services to refine and evolve solutions and&nbsp;offerings based on real-world customer intelligence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least two years of client-facing experience in a SaaS environment.</li> <li>A solid understanding of commercial business processes, including procurement,&nbsp;contracting, supplier interactions and finance.</li> <li>Good working knowledge of Source-to-Contract or Source-to-Pay processes and associated&nbsp;systems.</li> <li>Understanding of core enterprise systems, including ERP and financial platforms, and how&nbsp;they integrate with other line-of-business systems.</li> <li>Awareness of Procurement and Finance functions within medium to large organisations.</li> <li>Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver&nbsp;presentations to stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Ability to configure systems and develop proof-of-concept demonstrations.</li> <li>Proficiency with standard business software and collaboration tools.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with Salesforce platform and partner ecosystem.</li> <li>Experience contributing to formal competitive procurement processes such as RFIs, RFPs,&nbsp;ITTs or framework-based tenders.</li> <li>Previous experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting or advisory role.</li> <li>Technical awareness of the enterprise business systems landscape, including integrations,&nbsp;functional capabilities and reporting.</li> <li>Familiarity with SME and enterprise SaaS sales cycles and associated tooling such as CRM<br>and sales enablement platforms.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Atamis</strong><br>Atamis is a high-growth B2B SaaS company that has scaled profitably and sustainably by consistently winning against established market leaders.
