This is a high-impact role for a recruiting professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of recruiting experience, a deep understanding of Technology talent markets, and the ability to influence, educate, and drive hiring outcomes in an environment that values autonomy and collaboration.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you will get to do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own the full hiring lifecycle across multiple functions, managing complex and senior-level roles with confidence and independence.</li> <li>Craft and execute sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse pipelines and improve funnel quality.</li> <li>Advise hiring managers to ensure strong hiring decisions and efficient processes.</li> <li>Optimize and evolve recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.</li> <li>Use data and metrics to identify trends, improve funnel conversion, and guide decision-making.</li> <li>Lead or contribute to key recruiting projects and initiatives across the function.</li> <li>Provide market insights to influence hiring strategy and workforce planning.</li> <li>Demonstrate self-driven learning and continuous improvement, staying current on recruiting trends and market dynamics.</li> <li>Innovate and influence, bring new ideas and approaches that elevate how we attract and hire great talent.</li> <li>Work autonomously, managing competing priorities and delivering results in an unstructured environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications for success:</strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years of in technology hiring</li> <li>Proven success managing multiple, complex requisitions across global or fast-scaling organizations.</li> <li>Strong business acumen with the ability to align recruiting strategy to business goals.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management skills; confident in advising, influencing, and challenging senior leaders.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and change; you thrive in environments that are dynamic and evolving.</li> <li>Proficiency with recruiting tools, ATS systems, and data-driven decision-making.</li> <li>A proactive, collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping teams grow and succeed.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Diversity, Equity, Inclusion &amp; Equal Employment Opportunity at Banyan: Banyan affirms that inequality is detrimental to our Global Teams, associates, our Operating Companies, and the communities we serve.
