What You’ll Do
- Sell new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson motorcycles
- Greet, qualify, and guide customers through the full purchase process
- Conduct professional walkarounds and product presentations
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer communication using CRM tools
- Work closely with Finance, Parts, and MotorClothes departments
- Participate in dealership events, open houses, and rides
- Deliver a premium ownership experience from first contact to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Ability to follow a structured sales process
- Comfortable with phone, text, email, and CRM systems
- Team-oriented mindset with accountability
- Motorcycle or powersports experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule
- Retail schedule including evenings and Saturdays
