About the RoleAre you a brand guardian who loves the details? Auto Group, with 23+ dealerships across British Columbia and Alberta, is looking for a Marketing Specialist – Design & Communications to serve as the champion and protector of our brand voice. This is a contract position with the strong potential to evolve into a full-time permanent role. Upon successful transition to permanent status, the role includes access to a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP program. The work environment is hybrid, with specific in-office and remote days to be agreed upon with management. This is a mid-level specialized role where "pushing pixels" is a daily reality. You will be the engine behind our visual output, ensuring accuracy and speed across a high volume of creative projects for our diverse network of dealership partners. Why Join Us?- Scale & Impact: With 23+ dealerships across BC and Alberta, your work will have broad reach and meaningful impact across multiple markets.

- Integrated Campaigns: You will lead integrated campaigns from ideation to final execution, educating stakeholders on modern digital marketing effectiveness.
What You Will Do- Design Excellence: Design high-quality assets for social media, web, and print. You will design everything from vehicle wraps and signage to internal HR documents, ensuring total brand consistency across the group.
- Strategic Communications: Write and edit clean, personable copy for magazines and email campaigns that reflects our "people-focused and progressive" values.
- Project Command: Manage the task pipeline proactively. You will be responsible for anticipating dealer partner needs across our 23+ locations and ensuring deadlines are met without fail.

- Standardization: Act as a consultant to our dealer partners, helping them reconcile strict OEM standards with the Auto Group's own brand identity. Articulate why brand standards matter and correct non-compliance in ways that ensure positive future adherence.
What We Are Looking For- Graphic Design Expertise: You live in the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat Pro). Speed and technical proficiency here are non-negotiable.

- AI & Tech Savvy: Knowledge of AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT for copy assistance) is a strong plus. We want someone who uses technology to work smarter.
- Social Media Fluency: You understand the visual nuances of digital platforms—not just posting, but designing specifically for the user experience on mobile and desktop.
