Garnishments and Levies Specialist I

Responsible for processing garnishments and levies received for Bank OZK.

1. Ensures customers, internal or external, receive exceptional service at all times.
2. Maintains current processing information for garnishments and levies for states in which the bank maintains and operates retail offices.
3. Maintains current processing information regarding IRS levies.
4. Maintains office supplies/inventory.
5. Provides standardized notification letter(s) to the customer, providing details of the action and hold information.
6. Files and/or scans documents for legal review, branch communication, and regulatory/compliance retention.
7. Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
9. Follows Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.

2. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

10. Ability to work extended hours as needed
11. Ability to learn and follow Bank policies and procedures
12. Skill in using computer and Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook)

1. High school diploma or equivalent required
2. Minimum of one (1) year experience using computer, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required
