Job Description:
The CRM, Fintech, and AI Team is seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Analyst. This role supports strategic initiatives across advisor and client experience, fintech integration, and platform development. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a passion for emerging technologies (including Artificial Intelligence), and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts research and analysis on emerging technologies, competitor trends, and platform capabilities.
  • Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives across advisor tools and digital infrastructure.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with product, technology, and field teams to drive innovation and adoption.
  • Prepares executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials.
  • Assists in managing vendor relationships and evaluating fintech partnerships.
  • Monitors KPIs and provide insights to improve advisor and client experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology strategy.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, and digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.  MBA is a plus.
  • Experience supporting wealth management platforms or advisor tools.
  • Exposure to agile methodologies and innovation frameworks.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
