We’re seeking a Fulfillment, Logistics & Distribution Manager to own and scale Bandit’s fulfillment operations. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for how inventory moves from our warehouses to customers, stores, and wholesale partners, with accountability for speed, cost, and accuracy. This is a cross-functional, data-driven role that combines hands-on execution with strategic ownership of 3PL partners, carriers, and inventory flow, to ensure Bandit’s fulfillment and distribution operation scales as the business grows.

• Own outbound logistics across DTC, wholesale, and retail, including 3PL performance, carrier management, and service-level optimization.
• Manage relationships with 3PL partners while also leading long-term strategy, new partner selection, rate negotiations, SLAs, and continuous improvement.
• Scale and operate international DTC fulfillment, including cross-border shipping, duties/taxes, and international carrier performance.
• Lead inventory movement and accuracy across all locations, including warehouse-to-store replenishment, store-to-store transfers, returns, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Forecast, manage, and optimize packaging and supply inventory across warehouses and stores, establishing systematized replenishment workflows.
• Build and own reporting and analytics across fulfillment, shipping, inventory, and 3PLs to drive accountability, cost control, and operational performance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

• 3–4 years of experience in fulfillment and logistics, with ownership of 3PLs, shipping, and inventory for a high-volume DTC or apparel retail brand, ideally a startup.
• Deep understanding of small-parcel shipping, carrier rate structures, and cost-optimization.
• Experience launching or operating international DTC fulfillment centers. 
• Proficiency in managing inventory across systems using a Warehouse Management System, ERP and Shopify.
• Highly analytical and detail oriented, with the ability to translate data into action using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Relentless focus on process improvement, accuracy, and long-term scalability.
• Strong operator mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute quickly through ambiguity.
• Clear, effective communicator who collaborates cross-functionally and drives accountability across teams and external partners.

• This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Greenpoint, Brooklyn Headquarters
