About this role
Overview
Manages the day-to-day operations of all key systems across Commercial Lending. Acts as a liaison for the department between the business line users, vendors, and internal departments across the bank. Manages all required testing, updates, training, and support. In addition, overseas with the team all active projects across Commercial Lending that are managed both in the business line and with partnership with the Project Management Office.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- 10 years of project management or operations experience, including reviewing contracts and general business communications, accounting and reporting requirements, systems maintenance.

- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- A team player, able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment and able to lead a team to successful project completion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and FIS.
- Proficient in the technical and operational aspects of a Lease or Loan accounting system, such as LeaseWave, and related software programs, such as Vertex or PTMS.
- Occasional travel (approximately once per quarter).
