We are seeking a Senior Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineer for our New York office who thrives on challenges. Suitable candidates need to possess knowledge and experience in the design of plumbing & fire protection systems and be familiar with all phases of building design, including construction administration.
Regular duties include:
- Drafting of floor plans, details, schedules, diagrams, plumbing and fire protection systems
- Layout of plumbing and fire protection systems
- Equipment layout and sizing
- Assist in surveys
- Prepare schedules and details
The basic requirements for this position include:
- 7-10 years of experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- General knowledge of applicable codes
- Bachelors Degree
- EIT, PE (preferred)
