As the Integrated Technology Strategy Leader you will influence, form, integrate and manage the Technology Strategy across the entire IET segment working with all of the businesses.

Fuel your passion

As Integrated Technology Strategy leader you will be responsible for:

• Interfacing with each of the businesses across IET to understand their customers needs and business aspirations for the mid to long term
• Collaborating with the IET Engineering & Technology community to define & align the technology elements/ building blocks required to achieve the business aspirations
• Influence and shape the Technology Strategy through your knowledge of disruptive technology, competitive intelligence and industry trends
• Reflecting back the Technology Strategy as requirements for the IET Engineering & Technology community to align all organic & in-organic technology scouting & development activities through the Technology Roadmaps
• Integrating the R&T activities to gather the technology intelligence and competitive intelligence to align and maintain an up-to-date Technology Strategy
• Defining the operating framework and managing process execution to ensure we have a consistent set of maintained Technology Strategy documents that align with the Technology Roadmaps
• Communicating succinct summaries of the technology strategy across the IET leadership team

The requirements for this role are:

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related technical discipline
• 15 years professional experience in a technical discipline/s
• Experience of managing a team and delivering in a global organisation
• Excellent influencing & communication skills from junior to senior executive levels to achieve goals without direct authority
• Be able to identify a goal or objective and develop plans and strategies to deliver
• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
• Be willing & able to travel
