About this role

Title: Data Management Specialist

Job Description:

As a Data Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

This role will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and accuracy of Technology Master Data and Documentation input into Operating System SAP, and adjacent SAP systems of record. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, adjacent business functions, and process experts to ensure technology driven master data quality.  SAP technology Master Data includes materials, components, documents, product structuring, technology communication tools and, processing/storge of Confidential Documents.

Master Data Systems may include, but are not limited to: SAP P31- EHSM- GTS- PLM

  • Operating System Master Data input

  • Operating System Change Data Input

  • Cross functional Technology request Input/communication processing

  • Confidential Document processing

  • Material Creation/ Substance Compliance processing

  • Forms and Workflow processing

  • Product Structuring

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Have minimum of 3 years SAP Planner/Buyer/ CCR/Repair/ Logistics daily experience (Navigation of SAP Operating system)

  • Have demonstrated strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office) with emphasis on Teams, Excel, and Word.

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Have demonstrated ability in process improvements including working with cross functional teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Have 2 years or more higher education

  • Have Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI certification or Citizens Developer

  • Have knowledge of material creation process, engineering change process

  • Have SAP certification

  • Is Certified Auditor

  • Have Six Sigma certification, Problem Solving Efficiency, or equivalent
