About this role


Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support and demonstrate excellence to our Nashua, NH production workforce. A Systems Administrator II plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. This role will be supporting both classified and unclassified factories. Candidate should be customer service oriented, attentive to detail, and self-motivated.
This job is onsite at our south Nashua, NH location with limited travel to other BAE sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of the ServiceNow dashboard
  • Providing clear communication during and after troubleshooting incident tickets
  • Ensuring quick resolution times for incidents and requests through the facility
  • Collaborating with other BAE IT groups to ensure IT assets meet security compliance standards
  • Serving as a mid-tier escalation point for other System Administrators
  • Working with Senior System Administrators on projects and occasionally taking on a project lead role.
  • Creating, deploying, and maintaining server infrastructure
  • Creating and maintaining documentation


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma, 6+ year's experience
  • 4+ years of experience in the industry
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification
  • Active Security Clearance or ability to gain Clearance within 6 months
  • Lift up to 40 pounds and move into positions either standing or kneeling


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree, 4+ year's experience
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Server Virtualization and Management
  • Backup Infrastructure Management
  • Networking Fundamentals (VLANs, Protocols, IPv4 Configurations)
  • Windows OSs (Windows 98 to Windows 11)
  • Windows PowerShell Scripting


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
