Position Summary:  Responsible for adjusting breading machines to ensure optimal efficiency and adherence to customer specificaitons:

• Lift and dump bags of flour weighing up to 80 pounds.
• Verify correct ingredients are being used.
• Interpret and execute directions from product spec sheets.
• Adjust product flow.
• Ability to work in a cold/wet environment. (45 degrees Fahrenheit, 4 degrees Celsius)
• Ability to stand for 8-hour shift.
• Will be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving equipment.
• Ability to work in a dusty environment.
• Stoop and reach overhead (bending and twisting)
