ติดตามผลการเข้าร่วมของผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ และช่วยเก็บข้อมูลเพื่อติดตามผลกระทบของโครงการ
สนับสนุนงานด้านเอกสารและการบริหารจัดการโครงการ
มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดทำรายงานและเอกสารต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้โครงการมีความโปร่งใสและมีประสิทธิภาพ
POSITION SUMMARY
Job Title: Intern on Women Empowerment Program (WEP)
Type of Contract: Based on University’s requirements
Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
Report to: WEP Project Manager
Expected Start Date: ASAP
This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community development, program implementation, and impact assessment while contributing to meaningful social change. The selected candidate will work closely with the Women Empowerment Program (WEP) team to support training facilitation, program coordination, beneficiary outreach, and monitoring and evaluation processes.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of the Intern will include, but are not restricted to, the following:
Assist in the implementation of outreach activities to identify and engage potential program beneficiaries.
Support the facilitation of training sessions, including financial literacy, vocational skills (such as sewing and handicrafts), and confidence-building workshops.
Contribute to beneficiary data collection, progress tracking, and program impact assessment.
Provide administrative and logistical support for program activities, including documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with the WEP team to ensure the effective execution of program initiatives and adherence to best practices.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
At the Third and Fourth year of Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Work, Gender Studies, Development Studies, International Relations, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Passion for gender equality, women’s empowerment, and community development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic program needs.
Experience in data collection, reporting, and basic research methodologies is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity.
Good analysis and critical thinking skills, with close attention to detail.
Independent thinking and ability to manage own workload to tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and in a team.
Open-minded individual, interested in NGO work and foreign cultures.
Language requirements: Fluent in Thai, with a fair proficiency in English

WORKING HOURS: Full-time in Chiang Mai from Monday to Friday from 9.00 - 18.00 with occasional weekend and evenings

Baan Dek is a Thai registered Foundation with the mission of providing access to education, healthcare, and safety for all vulnerable children. One of the groups we support are children growing up in construction site camps – we estimate that there are tens of thousands of children in this situation throughout Thailand.
