We are seeking a full-time Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Bonita Springs, FL tax office through April 2026. The hourly rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

 

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Scheduling, confirming, and coordinating client appointments.
  2. Managing a high volume of incoming telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  3. Performing accurate and timely data entry.
  4. Handling general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and collating documents.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience and Skills Required:

  1. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment, including experience managing a high volume of phone calls.
  2. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
  3. Solid administrative, computer, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
  4. Experience with UltraTax and CS Practice is preferred.
