<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>As a Test Resources Associate, you will be the operational backbone for our testing resource management, ensuring seamless support for international customers and internal project teams. You will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of test assets—such as SIM cards and data packages—while delivering precise, timely customer support through our ticketing systems. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, systematic follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple streams of work in a structured, remote environment.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>1. Customer Support & Ticket Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues related to test resources.</li>
<li>Own tickets from receipt to resolution, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely updates.</li>
<li>Document all actions and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>2. Test Resources Administration</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage centralized pools of test resources, including SIM cards, internet/data packages, and other testing assets.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and coordinate recharges to prevent service disruption.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource allocation, status, and availability.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>3. Financial Tracking & Reconciliation</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor balances and consumption of prepaid resources.</li>
<li>Perform regular reconciliations between usage data, recharge records, and internal billing systems.</li>
<li>Support the finance and operations teams with accurate documentation and billing clarifications for postpaid services.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>4. Coordination & Operational Follow-Up</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proactively coordinate with internal technical and project teams to fulfill resource requests and updates.</li>
<li>Follow up on pending actions related to resource provisioning, billing, or customer requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare and share regular reports on resource status, ticket metrics, and operational efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p><strong>Must-Have Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or a related field.</li>
<li><strong>Native-level proficiency in Arabic</strong> and <strong>professional working proficiency in English</strong> (written and spoken).</li>
<li>Proven experience in a customer support, operations, or administrative role, with a strong focus on accuracy and process adherence.</li>
<li>High comfort level with ticketing systems, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and digital tracking tools.</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting, managing multiple priorities with discipline and accountability.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Professional working proficiency in French.</li>
<li>Prior exposure to telecom, IoT, or technology testing environments.</li>
<li>Experience with basic financial tracking or reconciliation tasks.</li>
</ul>
