<p>As part of our growth, we are looking to hire a <strong>Junior Project Manager</strong> to support IT and technical projects, working closely with internal teams, customers, and senior project leaders.</p>
<p>Role Overview</p>
<p>The Junior Project Manager will support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT and technical projects. This is an entry-level role designed for candidates with a <strong>strong technical foundation</strong> and early exposure to <strong>Quality, Health, Safety & Security (QHSE/Q&S)</strong> practices, who are ready to grow into full project ownership over time.</p>
<p>The role is fully remote and requires strong discipline, communication skills, and a willingness to learn structured project management methodologies.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<p><strong>Project Coordination & Delivery</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support project planning, scheduling, and task tracking across multiple IT-related projects</li>
<li>Assist in coordinating internal teams, technical resources, and external stakeholders</li>
<li>Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues when needed</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, reports, meeting minutes, action logs)</li>
<li>Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical & IT Support</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work on projects involving IT infrastructure and networking concepts (IPs, firewalls, network basics, systems)</li>
<li>Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Understand technical constraints and translate them into actionable project plans</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Quality, Safety & Compliance (Q&S / QHSE)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the application of Q&S / QHSE processes within projects</li>
<li>Ensure project activities align with internal quality and security procedures</li>
<li>Assist with audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Communication & Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Participate in project meetings and follow-ups</li>
<li>Provide clear and structured status updates to project managers and stakeholders</li>
<li>Support customer-facing communications when required</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<p>Education & Background</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field</li>
<li><strong>Must have completed studies</strong> (no ongoing studies accepted)</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>Entry-level profile (0–2 years experience)</li>
<li>Initial exposure to project coordination, IT projects, or technical operations is required</li>
<li>Exposure to Q&S / QHSE concepts is a strong plus</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Knowledge</p>
<ul>
<li>Solid understanding of IT and networking fundamentals, including:</li>
<li>IP addressing</li>
<li>Firewalls and basic network security concepts</li>
<li>General IT infrastructure concepts</li>
<li>Comfortable working with technical teams and documentation</li>
</ul>
<p>Skills & Competencies</p>

<li>Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable</li>
<li>Good communication skills in a remote work environment</li>
