About the role:
Reports to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager
As a business that specializes in fund administration, our Junior Associate internship program is key to our success. We recruit the best and over time we will develop you to become one of our leaders within the organization. You will be assisting with the day-to-day functions of the investor experience, while learning valuable skills within fund administration day-to-day.
This highly numerical position will be working with an established team in our US office, who service Real Estate funds.
What you'll be doing
Assist with processing all aspects of financial activity for a portfolio of Private Funds and SPVs, which includes responding to ad-hoc investor and client requests.
Production of bank reconciliations.
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (and perhaps other reporting standards such as IFRS and UK/Lux GAAP).
Liaising with external auditors and tax preparers and responding to requests.
Preparation of financial records, assisting with financial reporting/consolidations and investor reporting.

The candidate should possess great attention to detail and have a desire to learn, grow and be adaptable in a face paced team
Computer literacy, numerical and interpersonal skills are essential
You should be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday from May 22nd to August 12th 2026
