About the role:
Reports to the Senior Client Relationship Manager
As a business that specializes in fund administration, our summer internship program is key to our success. We recruit the best and over time we will develop you to become one of our leaders within the organization. You will be assisting with the day-to-day functions of the investor experience, while learning valuable skills within fund administration day-to-day.
What you'll be doing
Assist with all aspects of the Investor Relations Functions for funds, management companies and associated fund structures
Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, obtaining directors availability and drafting minutes for routine meetings as applicable
Undertake routine office and clerical tasks where necessary
Prepare manual and electronic payment instructions to settle fund expenses, investments and investor payments
Track incoming capital call monies
Maintain accurate investor records on Aztec Core systems and process investor changes
Assist in the processing of routine fund operations, including investor capital calls and distributions
Assist in preparation of routine regulatory and statutory filings
Assist in the document distribution and filing process
Assist with investor queries relating to their investment positions in the fund structures we administer
What we're looking for
The candidate should possess great attention to detail and have a desire to learn, grow and be adaptable in a face paced team
Computer literacy and interpersonal skills are essential
You should be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday from May 22nd to August 12th 2026
We will provide the training, both in-house for relevant technical knowledge and support professional qualifications to enhance both your professional development and ability to provide sound administration services. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients are at the heart of what we do.
