About this role
Were looking for a Global PC Engineer to provide IT support for staff across multiple regions, including outside regular Philippine office hours and in locations without dedicated IT support.
What Youll Do:
- Install, update, and configure workstations and servers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the internal infrastructure.
- Assist the System Administrators in monitoring and maintaining the core infrastructure
- Prepare and manage IT equipment for staff use.
- Provide technical assistance to staff in EMEA, Americas, and Oceania regions.
- Maintain accurate records of IT Assets, both hardware and software
- Be on-call to resolve support cases as needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, servers, and networks.
- Knowledgeable in several Windows OS Flavors, Linux/Unix, macOS, Android, and iOS.
- Basic TCP/IP networking knowledge (routing, DHCP, DNS).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.
Shifts:
- 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (APAC, EMEA)
- 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (EMEA, Americas)
