- Sobald unsere Kundin, unser Kunde sich für ein Fahrzeug entschieden hat, kommst du ins Spiel!
- Du prüfst mit deinem kritischen Auge die eingelangten Unterlagen
- Du kommunizierst mit unseren Partnerinnen, löst die Fahrzeugbestellungen aus, forderst fehlende Dokumente an
- Du kontrollierst die Fahrzeugrechnungen auf ihre Genauigkeit und gibst diese für die Buchhaltung frei.
- Fahrzeugauslieferungen fallen in deinen Tätigkeitsbereich
- Auch Ummeldungen und Adressänderungen sind von dir zu betreuen
- Genauigkeit und Effizienz zählen dabei zu deinen Stärken
Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW, …) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre
- Wiedereinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich Willkommen
- Du hast bereits erste relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kundinnen- und serviceorientiert
- Du hast ein professionelles, sympathisches Auftreten und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen
- Genauigkeit und Effizienz zählen dabei zu deinen Stärken
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen
Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von € 2.450,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

What you'll do
- The role involves reviewing customer documents, communicating with partners, processing vehicle orders, and managing vehicle deliveries. Additionally, the position includes verifying vehicle invoices and handling address changes.
