  • Du unterstützt unsere Verkäuferinnen in der Akquise Phase​
  • Du bist gemeinsam mit unseren Customer Relationship Managerinnen für die Betreuung unserer Kundinnen zuständig​
  • Du bist Ansprechpartnerin bei telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen​
  • Du berechnest Leasingangebote, Ausschreibungen und bereitest Vertragsunterlagen auf​
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Bestellungen und alle damit verbundenen Tätigkeiten ​
  • Du beantwortest Fragen zu Leasingofferten  und berätst zum Thema Neufahrzeugauswahl
  • Du pflegst die Daten im CRM-System und übernimmst administrative Aufgaben (z.B. Reports und Auswertungen)​
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für Fragen zu Vertragsanpassungen

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura (HAK, HLW, …) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Lehre​
  • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung gesammelt; Erfahrung im Bereich Leasing und/oder im Fahrzeugbereich ist von Vorteil​
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete Deutsch-  und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift​
  • Du bist versiert in den MS Office Programmen​
  • Du bist kommunikativ und handelst kundinnen- und serviceorientiert​
  • Du hast eine selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 2.450,- brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
