Nosso time Comercial: Estamos em busca de um gerente de vendas internacional para expandir nossas operações comerciais no mercado brasileiro. Este profissional responderá ao Head da área de novos negócios e será responsável pela execução da estratégica comercial, desenvolvimento de novos mercados, gestão de contas e relacionamento com clientes internacionais, garantindo satisfação, crescimento sustentável e rentabilidade.

Quais são as responsabilidades da posição:

  • Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de vendas internacionais alinhada aos objetivos da empresa
  • Prospectar e desenvolver novos mercados e clientes
  • Conduzir negociações comerciais, contratos e acordos internacionais
  • Analisar e apresentar indicadores de performance, margens e resultados dos negócios fechados
  • Trabalhar em conjuntos com áreas de marketing, pricing, logística e operações
  • Participar de feiras e eventos do segmento quando solicitado
  • Análise e acompanhamento do mercado
  • Garantir conformidade com as regras da empresa

Precisamos de alguém com:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Comércio Exterior, Marketing, Relações internacionais, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas
  • Experiência comprovada em vendas e gestão de contas internacionais, preferencialmente em terceirização de frotas leve (locação, leasing e mobilidade corporativa)
  • Vivência em negociação e interpretação de contratos
  • Conhecimento em TCO
  • CNH válida
  • Disponibilidade para visitas comerciais
  • Excel avançado
  • Inglês fluente (obrigatório)
  • Espanhol avançado ou outro idioma será um diferencial
  • Perfil estratégico orientado a resultados
  • Planejamento e gestão de pipeline
  • Forte habilidade de comunicação
  • Capacidade de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe
  • Produtividade com visão analítica
