Som Insurance Assistant bliver du en vigtig medspiller i et erfarent og dedikeret team på 10 kollegaer, hvor der både er plads til humor og seriøsitet. Vi har et åbent og dynamisk miljø og er tæt forbundet med husets øvrige afdelinger. Arbejdsdagen er omskiftelig, og det kræver, at vi hver især både kan jonglere administrative opgaver, levere gode kundeoplevelser og supportere vores kollegaer. 

Hvad vil hverdagen som Insurance Assistant bestå i?

  • Skadeshåndtering via telefon, mail og sagsbehandling i forhold til fx. kunder, værksteder, skadesbehandlere, taksatorer og øvrige samarbejdspartnere

  • Modtage og anlægge skadesanmeldelser og hjælpe vores kunder trygt videre i telefonen

  • Udstedelse af forsikringspolicer

Vores kommende Insurance Assistant

Vi søger en dedikeret kollega og medspiller med kommunikations- og formidlingsevnerne på plads. Du forstår vigtigheden af at levere god kundeservice i telefonen, og du formår at strukturere og skabe overblik – særligt når tingene går stærkt. Vi lægger stort vægt på, at du er en holdspiller med godt humør, der evner at skabe positive relationer.

Som person er du dygtig til at sætte dig i andres sted og møde vores kunder ud fra den situation de står i. Du brænder for dét, du laver og motiveres af at forvandle bump på vejen til gode løsninger for alle involverede parter.

Derudover forestiller vi os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med forsikring og eventuelt skadebehandling. Sidstnævnte er ikke et must men en fordel

  • Har veludviklede administrative evner

  • Trives med kontakt til kunder og interne interessenter, herunder kommunikere både skriftligt og mundtligt på dansk og engelsk

  • Er en selvstarter, hvor din nysgerrighed og proaktivitet skaber gode oplevelser
