Analisar os elementos presentes no processo de sinistro e realizar todas as diligências ou solicitar as averiguações necessárias para determinar responsabilidades e as circunstâncias do ocorrido.
- Fornecer esclarecimentos ao Cliente sempre que solicitado, no âmbito da regularização de sinistros, assim como apoiar e prestar informação sempre que necessário a áreas internas, garantindo a resolução das reclamações.
- Efetuar contactos com as Seguradoras/Congéneres/ Representantes de Seguradoras Internacionais.
- Tratar os processos de sinistros através de uma fila de trabalho registada em sistema informático, garantindo os níveis de serviço ao Cliente.
- Utilizar os mecanismos necessários de regularização ou de outros esclarecimentos processuais, nomeadamente através de pedidos de averiguação aos gabinetes de peritagem e da leitura/validação dos elementos constantes no processo, de modo a assegurar o correto apuramento de responsabilidade pela produção do acidente.
- Tratar e dar seguimento a toda a correspondência dos processos, nomeadamente Seguradoras Externas, Congéneres, Representante Legal da Euro Insurances ao abrigo da 4ª Diretiva, de modo a garantir o correto e atempado tratamento dos processos.
- Efetuar e validar pedidos de marcação de peritagens, bem como conferir relatórios de peritagem, assegurando o correto enquadramento técnico da avaliação de danos e a reparação na oficina.
Requisitos:
- Experiência em funções similares de 2 anos.
- Conhecimentos de gestão de sinistros e seguro automóvel;
- Conhecimentos de regularização de processo IDS;
- Capacidade de organização e planeamento;
- Capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
- Prática de tratamento informático de dados.

What you'll do
- The Accident Management Specialist will analyze elements of the claims process and conduct necessary investigations to determine responsibilities and circumstances of incidents. They will also provide clarifications to clients regarding claims and support internal areas to ensure resolution of complaints.
