What you will do…
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations for a software technology office
- Monitor the condition of the facility, including office areas, conference rooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify safety, maintenance needs, and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain inventory of building supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Schedule and track vendor services, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Assist with desk setups, office moves, furniture arrangements, and space planning.
- Ensure meeting rooms, collaborative areas, and employee amenities are fully functional and properly stocked.
- Respond to employee facility requests and troubleshoot workplace issues
- Support company safety initiatives, including fire safety, emergency preparedness, and compliance with OSHA and building regulations
- Support special projects and workplace improvements as assigned.

What you bring…
- Bachelor degree required
- 2+ year of facilities or workplace operations experience in an office environment required
- Experience supporting corporate or technology office spaces preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures
- Proactive and professional attitude
- Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role.
