In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs for our enterprise platform, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for both our customers and clients. You will be leading and producing these solutions by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, project managers, and other direct stakeholders to translate user needs and business goals into innovative design solutions.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will You Do?</strong></p> <p>· Lead in the discovery, design, and build of products already in the design phase or from scratch</p> <p>· Design interfaces that are simple, functional, and elegant for complex systems</p> <p>· Acting as a steward for our design system.</p> <p>· Lead, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative research to inform design decisions.</p> <p>· Influence the future vision and strategic decisions with your product and exectuive team.</p> <p>· Provide direct and impactful feedback to other designers on the team, helping designers on adjacent product teams grow their skills.</p> <p>· Ensure product meets criteria for efficiency, effectiveness and user satisfaction according to common usability standards.</p> <p>· Champion user-centric designs by understanding the underlying motivations and pain points of our users, and consistently thinking from their perspective.</p> <p>· Research and understand industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into design processes.</p> <p>· Ensure UI designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.</p> <p>· Actively gather peer and stakeholder feedback and make iterative improvements based on the insights received.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Will You Bring?</strong></p> <p>· 4-6 years relevant product design experience (experience within a ticketing company is preferred)</p> <p>· A portfolio of work that demonstrates an advanced understanding of information hierarchy, business objectives, good usability practices and a solid sense of aesthetics.</p> <p>· Expertise in participating and providing feedback in internal design reviews</p> <p>· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present a rationale for design decisions</p> <p>· Advanced understanding of user experience principles</p> <p>· Advanced knowledge of Figma and other industry standard design tools</p> <p>· An expert understanding of the design and product development processes</p> <p>· Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook</p> <p>· Knowledge of web site structure and functionality; understanding of how web-based technologies apply to web design such as HTML, Flash, CSS, and AJAX</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Pay Scale: </strong>$108,405- $150,000</p> <p><strong>Bonus:&nbsp;</strong>This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.</p> <p><strong>Benefits: Full-time: </strong>We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes: medical, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick time, company paid basic life insurance, voluntary life insurance, parental leave, 401k Plan (with a current employer match of 3%), flexible spending and health savings account options, and wellness offerings.
